Portheras Cove
Happy wet and windy new moon, or at least it is here. I haven't taken a suitable picture over the last month or so, so here is a reminder of last summer, taken from the coast path by Trenow Cove, east of Marazion, here in Cornwall. I made the foolish decision to take my bicycle along this footpath, and really they are so much better for walking. There are steps and styles and all sorts. Of course also parts where it's beautiful and freeing to be on a bike, but don't do it!
We’ve now run out of diaries (both editions), but you will be pleased maybe to hear that there are calendars left, as the printers were kind enough to supply a good surplus.

We’ve reduced them to £8 per calendar, which makes a single copy £9.50 including the delivery charge.

Order them from Edge of Time here.

As I know some of you prefer to, you can also order them from Amazon:

Among my other duties, I’ve at last been able to return to what may become my first novel, still an incomplete first draft of 78,000 words. Last night and today, a whole new wonderful character emerged, just like that; it can be quite an extraordinary process!

Do try it yourself, and if you are eventually looking for someone who can make it appear in book form, come to me for editing and layout and help with self-publishing.

You can still order Lynne Emmerson’s novel, A Patchwork of Angels, at

I don’t know about you, but I find myself ever more perplexed about politics. Nigel Farage suggesting a second referendum might be a good idea. Donald Trump insulting millions of people from Africa and Latin America, and then having to be declared in sound mind by a doctor. Whatever next?

I’ll be in touch soon.

It is better for me, and cheaper for you, if you buy your calendars and diaries from Edge of Time. A small amount of money also goes to charity, via our payment portal Charity Clear. But I know some of you prefer to buy from Amazon, because it so well-known. The links are shown above.

If you want, you can also order them from your local bookshop, especially as the calendar now has an ISBN for the first time. Here are the ISBNs for the 2018 calendars and diaries:
Moonwise Calendar 978-1-911521-13-6
Moonwise Diary for Britain & Ireland 978-1-911521-14-3
Moonwise Diary for Cornwall / Dydhlyver Furlorel rag Kernow 978-1-911521-15-0

Please do make comments on our Facebook page, and share what you think of the calendar and diary on social media. The more people who buy them, the longer these calendars and diaries can go on.
